Globus Information

Access to NGS Data via private Globus collection:

NGS data generated by the BYU DNA Sequencing Center is available for delivery via Globus. To access files in a Globus collection, all you need is a Globus identity. Once you provide us with your Globus identity, access to your data can be granted exclusively to you. If you would like collaborators or others to also access your data, additional permissions can be added for additional Globus identities.

How to create an identity with Globus:

If you do not yet have a Globus identity, navigate to globus.org, click "Log In" (top right), and then proceed in one of four ways:

Option 1: Create Globus identity using an existing organizational login:

Your existing organizational login can be used to create a Globus identity. To discover whether this option is available to you, search your organization in the search bar. If it appears, follow the steps below to proceed.
