Thysanoptera

Thrips (Thysanoptera) is a moderately diverse group of insects whose phylogenetic relationships are poorly known. In collaboration with Lawrence Mound and David Morris in Australia, we have undertaken a molecular phylogenetic analysis of thrips in order to unravel their interesting evolutionary history.
